  1. I had a Laserjet for 15 years and never had problems. And replaced for this one because my older printer became obsolet and I could not find tonners anymore. Than came the troubles: I purchased the Samsung and in less than one year most of its vital parts were kaput and had to be replaced. When I thougt it would work, it is giving new problems and does not work.

  2. Housewife says:

This is a good printer if you dont want a lot of buttons to set. You set it up and its ready to go. A piece of advice–Make sure you put enough of a stack of paper in the tray or it wont grab it and you will think it doesnt work like I did!! lol The only complaint I had with it was that I received this with a small crack on the side of product–a fault of the shipping not the manufacturer I think.

  3. This is a great little printer. Very easy to change everything out(Toners,Drum,Imaging Unit). I have 2 of these now.

  4. Why? Give it a couple of month and your love is gone, because your black is fading away.

Believe it or not, I have 2 of these printers. Well, the first printer was good for a year, then started the fading problem. Because my wife loved the first one so much, I believed we got one bad unit and give the brand it a second chance.

To avoid the hassle I simply bought a second printer, hoping more luck to come.

But this one started the same problem after 3 month. SAMSUNG tells you to buy a new drum unit. Well, this will solve the problem $$$$.

It is a technical problem with a blade inside of the black roller unit, so SAMSUNG obviously did not make a long term test and research study on this product before selling it on the market. Check the Internet for the problem, you will find lots of similar complaints.

Now I am sick of it and can only give you the advise NOT TO BUY THIS PRINTER.

  5. Being in real estate and needing a colored printer for my home office, this one fits the bill. It was easy to install, and easy to use ! I have had no problems with it at all !
