I use headsets all the time. I’ve been through a few pair where the voice quality was less than stellar. Since I use these for business, quality is my utmost concern.
I used these for the first few days and was thrilled. The call quality in this headset is awesome. You know when you ask the first few calls “how do I sound” everyone replied “perfect” Mission Accomplished, but it didn’t end there.
I strongly encourage using the software from Jabra. It is easy to install and use. The Jabra suite of tools made this an indispensible tool for me.
I could link it to my cell phone. Now I can pick up calls from work or calls from my cell on the same headset instead of being that guy with two phones to both sides of his head.
I often play music and audio recordings through my computer and adjust it when I am picking up a call. The Jabra suite allows you to mute the music automatically when a call comes through. No more fumbling to turn down my music.
It’s very comfortable to wear. The hand held adjustable volume control has easy to read and programmable controls which light up green or red. Green for pickup and red to disconnect. And they are programmable with the Jabra Suite so you can set up your cell phone or soft phone on it.
My other headsets were cordless, and I was concerned about using a cord. The length is more than enough for me to walk around my desk and I don’t worry about getting that battery chirp towards the end of the day.
I expect other manufacturers to catch on to this Blue tooth integration. As for now- These are the best Headsets I have ever used.
