  1. I can’t believe you would ship a printer and the first thing the user guide says is to go out and buy a USB interface cable. Couyldn’t you have warned me that I would need a cable? I have never experienced this with any printers I’ve purchased in the past. UNBELIEVABLE!

  2. It’s Kind of Funny. My Printer was only 6 Months Old. It died. Said Check Paper Jam. Funny, It had no paper in it. But the stupid thing Keep saying Clean Your paper tray or Printer Place. Had No peices of paper in it. I’m starting to think that the Mfg. Has a thing like your car. Check Engine Light. It was cheaper to Buy a new One than to get it fixed. But remember don’t put it in your Trash. It’s a Sin, Oh Fine if you do. Take-it to Goodwill Thrift Store. Than buy it back when Fixed for 1/2 Price. Ya Sure. Thereso darn Cheep Now. I paid $[...] for mine 6 months ago. Now Under $[...] Bucks.

What kind of a review is it when the reviewer gives the printer one star and doesn’t comment on how the printer prints but just yelps about how he can’t believe there was no USB cable? How does THAT make the printer bad? And, what printer DOES come with a USB cable?!! I have owned Canon, Epson and HP printers for many years and NONE — ABSOLUTELY NONE — EVER CAME WITH A USB CABLE!! Some people only want a few feet of cable while others need many feet. Go to the discount store and buy one for 3 to 7 bucks — like I did! See, another reviewer posted that they bought 2.0 USB cables from the store called BigLots. Yep, they had ‘em and they’re inexpensive! Found same brand as at Best Buy and had the choice of a single cable or multi pack.

Let me just ask you something, Mr. Connecticut… do your lamps come with light bulbs?

BTW, this is a decent printer. My mother-in-law uses this model. Her prints are nice!!

I have never been disappointed by an HP printer. I purchased this for school and I have had great results, it is actually a photo printer, which I have also used it for, and it prints great photos.

The only complaint I have regarding this printer is that sometimes the paper has trouble feeding properly, but this can be easily resolved by keeping an adequate amount in to start with.

I highly recommend this printer, it’s easy to use and prints great!

This was a great printer, I used it for many greeting cards. When I put in the regular good quality paper, it would jam. If you fed it a sheet at a time, it was fine. I was printing about 20 sheets, on the 3rd sheet, it jammed and I couldn’t remove the paper. After taking the back off, it still did not want to come out. Finally it did, but a small piece of plastic came out to. Doesn’t look broken off, but paper will not come out evenly. I was told they couldn’t do anything about it.
