I would have given 0 stars if possible. <br />It installs OK. But once I turn off my computer and turn it back on again, the printer constantly turns itself offline, then goes back to ready status. It slows down everything else I am doing -- from email to Word documents when it is doing this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the product numerous times. I spent months emailing back and forth with tech support. I have tried online chats that go unanswered, as do phone calls. <br />Bottom line: The printer still DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY AFTER 3 MONTHS OF EFFORT! I would also not buy another HP. period. I had in the past a separate print server and it worked fine for several years. This supposedly new HP printer is a huge disappointment. I guess I'll be using it as a door stopper.
