I just spent two hours on hp support chat (which I hate) and still can not use the fax. I switched my internet and phone service to Comcast cable, and I've spent hours talking to Comcast, Radio Shack, and hp and still can't fax properly.

In addition, I still can't scan! I've reinstalled from the CD and from the Web and it still doesn't work.

I chose this model because I need to send and receive faxes and print wirelessly from my laptop. I have yet to try the wireless printing. Wish me luck!

I don't like the printer settings. The draft setting produces terrible results and the only other option is normal.

I've had hp all-in-ones before and never had this much trouble. I do not recommend this AIO and am looking into how to return it.

The first thing you'll notice about the printer is how hideously complicated it is. There is a huge "control panel" on the front with row upon row of buttons, dials, readouts, and keypads. I suppose this printer "does it all" if you can ever figure out how it all works.

And the real kick in the pants is that this is pretty much their flagship inkjet printer, yet it does not support windows 7. If you try to follow their directions in setting it up, and insert the disk that comes with it, it will tell you you are basically out of luck.

One of the real ironies about this product too is that to get to the user manual, you need to install the software, and the software won't install because it tells you that it doesn't support windows 7. AAARGH! I definitely regret buying this printer.

I'm not sure where to start other than the unit looks nice and was packaged right. The instructions are vague and really don't explain the setup. What also irks me is the cartridge for the black ink. When I put it in the message was that there was a problem. After several attempts of following their loose instructions I gave up. I looked for a phone number so I could ask for assistance and of course there wasn't a number. The instructions are printed in four different languages ahhhhhhhh WHY? We live in America so print it in just one language and with a phone number for customer service. One more thing it looks like when they package all the ink cartridges they left out the BLACK one that fits.

I am looking at buying this printer, but am very cautious about whether it will work with my 64-bit Windows 7.
