La primer queja y la mas comun, Donde esta el cable usab que se necesita? Esta impresora no viene con un cable usb incluido.
Desde la primera impresion que hice al salir la hoja salia en forma de “U” como doblada Y pense que era por que el toner estaba nuevo despues de 100 hojas, seguian saliendo igual y pense en revisarla para ver si tenia alguna pieza que provocara esto y no tenia nada, ya despues de que me acabe las 500 hojas que venian en el paquete compre de otra marca demejor calidad y desaparecio el problema, la verdad es muy molesto que las hojas salgan dobladas porlo que les recomiendo comprar hojas de calidad.
La impresora tiene buenas funcionespero el porgrama de Scanner es muy dificil, y las opciones de fax limitadas, ya que si mandas un fax tienes que permanecer pegado en la impresora hasta que se mande todo para ver si al final en el panel de control dice ok, imagina el tiempo que tienes que estar si mandas un fax de 25 hojas, no encontre ninguna impresion que imprimiera una pagina de resultado, solola imprime cuando hay un error.
Otra cosa es que jamas podras escanear un libro o sacarle una copia ya que solo acepta hojas sueltas.
Si recomiendo elproducto pero le doy 4 estrellas por lo del programa del scanner y el fx.
i want to return the HP3050 printer,because it doesn’t work,it didn’t suck the paper.and without all the paper trade(see the picture).
it can not use even you ship the botten paper trade later,still missing 3 pieces paper trade and the light was on all the time shows
something wrong(see the picture).How should i return the printer?where & to which company? I purchesed another printer later ,can i use that
box to return? because it doesn’t come with the original box when you shipped.

it was super easy to set up, prints quickly and not too loudly and faxes, scans, copies everything i need. I’m using it in my home office and i’m pretty happy with it.
Best value for the $$$..You get the benefit of a laser with the cost of an inkjet. For a little more than 300$ you can set your office up to perform better than ever.
THIS IS THE SECOND ONE I HAVE OWNED. THE FIRST ONE GOT A LITTLE WET AND QUIT WORKING. I REALLY LOVE ALL OF THE FEATURES. I’M ABLE TO DO EVERYTHING RIGHT FROM MY COMPUTER. I HAD TO REINSTALL THE SOFTWARE TWICE. IT QUIT WORKING FOR SOME REASON, EVERYTHING IS GREAT NOW. CUSTOMER SUPPORT SUCKS. DON’T BOTHER CALLING. GREAT MACHINE.
