I have never seen such a horrible printer. Unfortunately I am unlucky enough to have this printer on my desk at work. It only works when it wants to and customer service at HP only gives a temporary solution to this problem. Rarely am I so dissatisfied with any product, but this takes the cake.
first the story is there is nothing wrong with the company who sent me this product, very fast shipping perfect
now for the product do not believe that is works with vista thats bull, hp customer service is the worst i ever seen, i checked the troubleshooting guide there answers did not work, so i call hp,the person did not know her blank from her elbow, she helped me alright, she read word from word from there guide i read it along with her that was it, the product worked in her mind only and she said thanks for calling and hung up . i was so pissed i gave the machine to my wife works with xp but clogs all the time a pain to take the paper out. work get stuck in quere. hp sucks they should make toilet paper instead!!
Takes longer to print than you would expect and with multiple copies, paper jammed and auto-feed was pulling in several pages at a time.
My HP printer is performing as I expected it would. I would recommend it to any one.
I bought this printer because of the fact it is good on ink. But, that does not matter when the thing only works when it wants to.
