  1. I bought this printer for my Brother and his wife; WOST GIFT EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it does nothing but give Error Code 5010. Canon support site has been no help what so ever. This printer ruined Christmas!

  2. I read a bunch of great reviews and was really excited to setup as a networked printer. Right out of the box, pretty much step #1 which is to power up. Immediately get error code 5010. The canon tech support website is pretty much useless and says to take to the nearest service technician. I’m taking back alright, for a refund.

  3. Gregory King says:

I’ve tried every manual or automatic trick in the book…I can’t get this thing to match anything on the screen. Colors and contrast are so far off, it’s unusable for photo printing at any level.

  4. Fire Mike says:

Bought it for my daughter’s Mac Powerbook Pro and it was easy to set up and works great.

  5. L. Smith says:

Consumer Reports rated this printer’s previous model tops; when that model was unavailable, I bought this one for my son. He likes it, but he hasn’t commented in detail, so neither can I.
