The printer is different from the same model they sell overseas. It block the DVD cover print function.
This is the worse printer I ever bought from day 1 it never worked. I had to send it back
I couldn’t be more happy with the product.
The service was very fast & I am able to do my printing again.
Be aware that the dimensions of this printer are not as advertised.
In the Product Features it says “Dimensions: 11.9 x 6.3 x 17.5 in. (WxHxD)”, and in the Technical Details it says “Dimensions: 17.5 x 11.9 x 6.3 inches (W x H x D)”. In fact this printer is neither.
The correct dimensions are 17.5 x 6.3 x 11.9 (width x height x depth). So it’s about a foot and a half wide, six inches high, and a foot deep.
Sure it’s cheap at $99 and is fast too, but this printer will misfeed thick matte photo paper every time and the same is true with vellum. Even putting in one sheet at a time didnt’ work well. It works fine on regular photo paper, but if you want to do any kind of artsy projects you’d be better off with a more expensive printer.
