Those cost tens of thousands of dollars. This gives the average home owner or small business person some pretty handy "big office" features in a small affordable package. (Networking, printing, faxing, copying...all in color)..and for less than $100. If you have a complaint about this machine, it should really only be with print speed. If you have other complaints, you bought the wrong machine for your needs. This little baby was one of the smartest choices I made with my home PC equipment.
